Structural Equation Modeling of Casual Factors of Effectiveness of Enrichment Program of Science, Mathematics, Technology and Environment (SMTE) of Secondary School in the Northeast Region

The purposes of this research were 1) to study characteristics causal factors in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) influencing the effectiveness science, mathematics, technology, and environment (SMTE) Secondary Schools northeast region, 2) examine SEM selected developed model affecting SMTE with empirical data, 3) obtain guidelines for developing that affected special classroom project northeast. This consisted 561 related persons involved, consisting 11 people involved project, 1 school director deputy director, 3 science teachers, mathematics teachers computer subjects. methodology was conducted phases: constructing hypothesis model, examination conformance finding ways develop factors. tools used collection a questionnaire five rating scale an interview form. Statistics data analysis percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s coefficient, Alpha structural equation modeling. results as follows: modeling created variables, namely management participation parents student’s physical teaching learning mathematics; effectiveness; presents development directly, indirectly, overall affect management, students, management.
